ISO 9001:2015 certification
In June 2025, Concepto obtained ISO 9001 certification thanks to the collective efforts of its employees, who were able to rethink their day-to-day practices to meet the requirements imposed by the international standard.
ISO 9001 defines the requirements for quality management systems, and obtaining this certification is proof of our determination to constantly improve our processes, innovate and provide high-quality services and products.
The certification process is a tried-and-tested tool for clarifying and organising tasks and departments, exploiting synergies and identifying weaknesses to allow us to aim for continuous improvement in our services, with a view to meeting our customers' needs as effectively as possible and ensuring the well-being of our staff.

Over the last few years, the development of our activities has led us to carry out a number of improvements to our building and installations in order to reduce our heating, water and electricity consumption and thus aim for a constant reduction in our carbon footprint.
In 2025, a wastewater treatment plant was installed for the polishing and machining sector.
For our latest extension on the roof of the building, the materials were chosen according to strict environmental criteria. For example, the shell of our Manufacture has been covered with 656 photovoltaic panels fixed to the south façade and roof, covering around 30% of our electricity needs.
We also make a point of regularly updating our machinery by replacing our older equipment with energy-efficient machines that meet the most stringent standards.
We are optimising our insulation and air conditioning systems to reduce our gas consumption as much as possible. To achieve this, we have installed systems to recover the heat emitted by our compressors. We also systematically opt for low-energy lighting systems.
We fully comply with all the environmental standards in force in the canton of Neuchâtel (recycling and waste management).
We are committed to providing financial support to local cultural and sporting organisations and prefer associations and clubs in which our employees or their family members are active, to contribute to their physical and mental well-being.
We organise company outings to regional establishments and work with local businesses to organise events and create content.
